A Space Designed with Families in Mind
When we created ParaFisio Therapy & Wellness, we wanted to build more than a place where therapy happens. We wanted a space where children feel excited to walk through the doors and families can feel welcomed and comfortable during their time here.
Our therapy spaces were intentionally designed to provide opportunities for movement, play, exploration, and purposeful therapy, with options that can be enjoyed by children of all abilities.
If you’ve ever wondered what the rest of the family will do while your child is in therapy, we’ve thought about that too. At ParaFisio, we designed our space with the whole family in mind, creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where parents can relax and siblings can stay engaged while your loved one receives care.
Whether you’re here for a therapy session, waiting between appointments, or bringing the whole family along, we want everyone to feel comfortable and have a place to enjoy.

Space Themed Sensory Room
A little space to slow down, explore, and let imaginations take flight!
Our space-themed sensory room was intentionally designed to create a calming, inviting environment where children can regulate, recharge, and engage in meaningful play. With soft lighting, a galaxy-inspired atmosphere, glowing moon, starlit ceiling, and cozy crash pad, the room offers a unique sensory experience that feels both calming and magical.
Children can climb aboard our rocket ship, suit up in their NASA astronaut uniform, explore sensory experiences, or simply relax beneath the stars. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to encourage curiosity, imagination, and sensory exploration while providing a comfortable space to pause and reset.
Whether they are preparing for a pretend space mission or taking a quiet moment among the stars, our sensory room is a place where play, imagination, and regulation come together.
Dramatic Play
Our dramatic play area brings everyday experiences to life, making therapy feel natural, engaging, and fun. Currently featuring a grocery market and construction zone, the space encourages imaginative play while creating opportunities to practice functional skills through familiar, real-life activities.
The area was purposefully designed with accessibility in mind, providing adequate space for wheelchairs and other equipment so children of varying abilities can fully participate. From shopping for their favorite food items and ringing them up at the register, to building and exploring with their own creativity (or even demo-day!), our dramatic play area allows children to learn, grow, and build confidence through play.
The Rosen Room
This is where the real magic happens!
Dedicated to Simon and Cynthia Rosen, two very special people who are deeply cherished by our ParaFisio family, this space was created to support some of the most intensive and equipment-focused aspects of therapy. It is where we challenge, encourage, and celebrate our clients as they work toward their goals and turn their potential into progress.
